Vacancy: Women's Pastoral Worker 

We are seeking to recruit a female women’s pastoral worker to work alongside our elders and church family, starting in September 2024 or sooner.

Many women in the church are providing pastoral care and discipleship to each other, but the needs have grown as the church has grown and we would benefit from a women’s pastoral worker with more time and experience. A women’s pastoral worker would therefore take on some of the direct pastoral care of women, particularly some of the crisis and complex case care, and also help coordinate, train and encourage women in Emmanuel as they care for and disciple each other.
