Safeguarding
As a church we care about the wellbeing of every person, believing that every person regardless of age and capacity is a precious masterpiece, made in God’s image. We also take seriously the fallenness of humanity, knowing that in our rebellion against God anyone can harm others, and that no one can be above accountability. We’re therefore committed to good safeguarding for children and vulnerable adults, doing what we can to prevent harm and ensuring we speak up and act for justice for those who might be unable to speak up for themselves.
You are welcome to contact us to see our safeguarding policy. Our safeguarding coordinators are Alex Cardwell and Cate Wilson. If you have concerns about the safeguarding of children or vulnerable adults at Emmanuel you can contact our safeguarding officers by emailing safeguarding@emmanuelchurchnorthstowe.org
