John 13-17: From the heart of Jesus

This autumn, our main sermon series will be looking at Jesus’ last night before his execution. In the Upper Room where the Lord’s Supper takes place, John slows down and shows us more of Jesus with his disciples than the other Gospels. John 13-17 shows us Jesus actions and teaching and prayer as he prepares his disciples for his coming death. We’re being given a glimpse into the heart of Jesus, the Son of God. We see his acts of love. We see his confidence in the Spirit’s work. We see his priorities in prayer. As we spend time in these precious chapters we will see more of who Jesus is and what he wants for us. Whether you are exploring faith or have trusted Jesus for decades, John 13-17 will help you see Jesus’ heart and walk with him well.
